One Hundred Push Ups - First Test 22

So, in an effort to get back into shape, I've decided to embark on the "Hundred Push Ups" training program. It's a six-week routine to get you up to 100 push ups. For my initial test, I was able to squeeze out 22 of them. I know there is more to being in shape than doing a bunch of push ups, but goal is to create a mindset that is conducive to exercising and living healthy. Anyways, wish me luck. :)
